Just wanted to salute you for making the hard decision. I’ll be following you out the door, actually; a recent 3-week stay at an artists’ residency (with no internet stable enough for WoW or much of anything, really) is what brought on my epiphany. How much more time and brainpower could I be devoting to my art if I weren’t playing/thinking about WoW? I’ve always admired you for being unashamedly “Part Time” and, of course, for being an excellent writer. Best of luck to you on your new blog, and I hope you have a wonderful time with your family.

PTD… Gonna miss you man. I pretty much started blogging because of you… (blame him.. I swear). You’ve always been a good player and I’m very much down the line of you. If its becoming work and not a game then its time to take time off.

I”m very blessed that my raiding times are all after my kids go to bed. I’ve gone from the days of 4 hour raids to 2.5 hour raids. I just can’t do the old days of 4 hour marathons where I’m logging in an hour after I got home and as you said, checking out of the family. You’re putting emphasis where it needs to be man. Enjoy the break. If you come back, look me up.

And somehow we’re always connected, aren’t we, even though we’ll move on? Once a WoW-player always a WoW-player. Like Vonya stated in her farewell-post a little while ago.

Farewell and following seas Love! I’m so sorry I haven’t been there the last few days to get one last “good bye” and :::huggle::: in! My move is for all intents done, but now it’s opening boxes and getting stuff straightened out. It will all be finished sometime…

Your time in Phoenix Tear was just plain too short! I’ve thoroughly enjoyed chatting with you and will miss those opportunities! I’m sure I’ll miss you and think often about you!

Do enjoy those littles! They tend to grow up and suddenly they don’t need you nearly like they once did! I’ve got three daughters whose lives have gone off in different directions, and the one blessing I have is to have moved back in with my oldest and my two grandkids! I’m sure these two will also grow up all too quickly, but as grandma, they’re a lot less work than my own girls were! 8D

May your memories be glad, your rains always gentle, and the roads always lead you home!

I hope you get to do all the things you want to do in life.

I absolutely understand about the kids-thing, as I have several young’uns myself.

Thank you for all the time you put into the blog, it has helped me understand several things.
