There might be a bit of an hp issue (if you don't have at least 10k hp buffed you can and will die) but otherwise I don't see why guilds who haven't done a couple of bosses in SSC/TK won't stand a chance. I suppose Hyjal trash might pose a problem if it turns out your dps isn't quite up to snuff but again the first few bosses themselves aren't very hard. I don't think my guild even had a full raid the first time they attempted Rage Winterchill. In my opinion, people over estimate the gear needed for 25 mans sometimes. Coordination, determination, and the ability to execute a strategy gets you pretty far. The first few bosses in Black Temple are actually quite easy in comparison to Vashj and Kael’thas. I'm not sure how to feel about that. We killed Vashj for the first time on Monday night this week, and attempted Kael for the first time Tuesday.
